We have iron ores concessions (104 concessions in total) available in Peru, South America, with more than 1000 millions tons of potential reserves, drillings made
several years ago by another international company assuring existence of such quantity of
ores, of 64% iron content, we have an ambitious project to manufacture sponge iron , or pig iron (DRI, direct reduced iron), we are seeking investors for a Joint Venture 51% for you and 49% for us, for your information in the 49% is included already a very known Indian
steel manufacturer as partner, which geologists have evaluated our iron ores concessions,
so he entered in agreement with us several months ago because the certain and valuable of our iron ores reserves.

We have several budget projects, so you can choose, the cheaper to invest 50 millions dollars until the more ambitious for 1500 millions dollars, the profit rate for the sponge iron now at 2009 is more than 100% of profit over the investment, because the cost to manufacture sponge iron per ton is 120 dollars, and the sales price FOB is of 255 dollars per ton. Also, we have anthracite carbon, water, natural gas and electricity sources here
in Peru.
